Epiphany Church & Convent Redevelopment — New Orleans Delta Foundation

Willard Design Group, in partnership with Program Advisory Group Executives, LLC, is honored to serve as Owner’s Representative for the New Orleans Delta Foundation’s visionary redevelopment of the former Epiphany Roman Catholic Church and convent in the Historic Seventh Ward of New Orleans. Acquired in September 2015 from the Archdiocese and Corpus Christi–Epiphany Parish, the foundation acquired these properties—including three surviving buildings and a remarkable set of stained-glass windows depicting both the Old and New Testaments—utilizing funds received from the sale of its previous headquarters that was damaged by Hurricane Katrina.

Following a thorough due diligence process and invaluable community input, the design phase will begin to thoughtfully rehabilitate and reintegrate these historic structures into active community use. The project is deeply rooted in the mission of NODF to deliver cultural, educational, and civic services that uplift traditionally underserved populations across Greater New Orleans. As stewards of both architectural heritage and local empowerment, our team will ensure that the design will honor the legacy of craftsmanship embedded in the buildings while ensuring they become vibrant anchors for community connection and commerce
